All professional services, audit programs, corporate filings, and consultations are governed by standard terms of engagement:

• Engagements are finalized only upon the signing of a formal Engagement Letter defining the scope of work and professional fees.
• Fees are based on standard professional guidelines and structural complexity, subject to applicable taxes (GST) under Indian regulations.
• Retainer fees or project advances must be settled according to terms specified in individual engagement contracts.

2. Scope of Services & Deliverables

Our professional obligations are limited to the finalized services defined in individual agreements:

• Financial audits and reports are prepared based on the information, registers, and bookkeeping records provided by the client organization.
• Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the records and data submitted to our firm.
• Deadlines for compliance filings (GST, Income Tax, ROC, MCA) are subject to timely delivery of all necessary documents by the client. We assume no liability for penalties arising from client delays.

3. Intellectual Property

All logo marks, graphics, articles, newsletters, calculators, templates, code, and stylesheets on this website are the property of CA Monika Jain & Co. Sourcing, scraping, or copying website assets is strictly prohibited.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the website use or professional engagements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
