Thank you for engaging CA Monika Jain & Co. (MJCO). Our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules regarding the alteration, cancellation, and refund parameters of professional chartered accountancy and advisory contracts.
1. Professional Fees & Retainers
For retainers, audits, tax planning, and consultation services contracted under signed Engagement Letters:
- All retainer payments, project advances, and completed project fees are non-refundable once professional hours have been allocated to the account.
- If an engagement is terminated mid-project, the client will be billed for actual professional hours worked up to the date of termination, as detailed in the contract terms.
2. Government Fees & Third-Party Costs
Any funds received to cover government filing fees, challan payments, registration fees, or third-party processing expenses (such as MCA filing fees, GST portal challans, stamp duty):
- Are strictly non-refundable once the payments have been processed or submitted to the respective government portal.
- We assume no liability for delays or portal rejections originating from incorrect source documents provided by the client.
3. Deficiencies in Service
If you believe there has been a discrepancy in the execution of agreed services compared to the signed scope of work:
- Please contact your designated relationship manager or email us directly at team@camjco.in within 7 days of service completion.
- Our management desk will review the documentation and, if a discrepancy is verified, arrange a complimentary correction run or issue a credit note for the affected scope.
